The Soviets released a 2-volume set. 1st volume: "USSR: The Birthplace of the Elephant." 2nd volume: "The Soviet Elephant: Largest Elephant in the World."

I wanted to add a witty Canadian entry, but I couldn't think of anything good. It would be in both official languages though.
This is actually one of the more famous Soviet jokes, pre-dating my anecdote awareness a bit (I am afraid I missed all the, um, grandness ;) You really gotta work on that Canadian extension :)
