A Russian policeman pulls over a "Jiguli*" with clear intention to refill his pockets. After a short discussion about the price, the involved parties, one of them looking much more satisfied, are parting.
A driver, trying to suppress his anger, asks:
- Mr. Officer, can I ask you an abstract question?
- ?????
- Can I call a traffic policeman a "goat**"?
- Of course not. He's a government official.
- But can I call a goat "Mr. Officer"?
- It's not illegal.
- Goodbye, Mr. Officer.
* "Jiguli" is an old Soviet car brand.
** Calling someone a "goat" is a common way to express one's anger.
