How many times have I thought, "I can't get sick now, I just don't have the time!"
Turns out, "don't have the time" is not the end of the world. Being in your 80's and getting the flu right after you go through surgery, now that's another story. Chances are, it would make you incredibly weak, and your prognosis potentially scary. Grandpa, please get better!

Oh no! I hope that he gets better soon! I'll keep you and your Grandfather in my thoughts.
I hope your grandfather pulls through this flu. Last winter I had an 86 year old grandmother catch pneumonia. I know it can be a scary time. Hang in there!
Oh I'm so sorry about your grandpa. My thoughts are with you!
Oh no - that's just awful. Thinking of you and your family, and hoping he pulls through.
I'm sending happy thoughts your way.
Oh boy, that is bad news. I'll be thinking of you and your family too.
Evil Flu! Hope grandpa is ok.
Thank you all for well wishes! Grandpa is doing better, and I can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
